    Talbot picked up a a 19.9% holding in SDL in very quick time both on and off market. Talbot cannot really buy anymore significant amounts of SDL without triggering a takeover offer . I would like to see whether Talbot starts building a stake in GBG to avoid seeing his SDL holdings getting diluted upon merger (note, i am unsure if Talbot has the cash to do this).
