merged oxiana zinifex is bigger target, page-9

Oxiana obviously thought that with ZFX cash they would be less exposed to debt and allow for aquisitions quicker, as well as timing resource production to better manage markets. I firmly bel;ieve that 1 + 1 = 3 as regards this merger, otherwise why would Owen and the Ox board support it?
I can understand OXR shareholders being very loyal to the company, but if they don't support the merger, then the implication is that they have no faith in OH and the board making the best decisions for them. OXR shareholders cannot have it both ways.
