I hate taking losses but they are not unexpected and try to view them in the normal give and take of trying to figure out how they market will value things at some point in the future.

Not doing to well with it now - check out my ranking in the March stock tipping - only two poor souls doing worse!

PRH needs money now. Not sure where they are going to get it. Their AGM presentation shows them expecting $40-50m conventional debt and I don't see this happening easily. I had an interesting discussion with the MD of a small IO explorer a couple years back about debt financing of this type of venture. It isn't easy to make it happen.

SLR was a way for PRH to get some value out of their projects. Maybe not as much as they would like, but perhaps quite a bit more than they will now.

I'll keep my eye on this to see how it ends up and whom, if anyone benefits, and see what else there is to learn.
