The tone of yesterday's announcements show the desperation of PRH trying to get the merger through

It seems to me SLR have told them to go away and sort out the lead-zinc offtake agreement, then come back once that's done

SLR might then only have to offer 0.441 rather than the original 0.882

Big question: will PRH have enough cash though to see them through the next few months of negotiation with LN Metals? Airfares, accommodation, directors wages, all add up
