Terms of offtake agreement with LN Metals were not disclosed at the time of the announcement last year. What did PRH receive from LN metals to make this agreement difficult to break. I am unaware of an an announcement for any placement made to LN metals or any cash consideration for forward sales.

Something fishy happening here not sure we are getting the full story. Can't imagine that Offtake issue is the real reason that SLR have pulled out of the deal. Not sure they would have got 75% vote anyway.

I think GZ's suggested option of SLR purchasing the Kundip gold assests only would have been a lot simpler anyway. Maybe that's for consideration.

or is there another twist?
