This is a good deal and I see that this to be different to PASS GGP in that whoever wants to exit has to give up $500k in shares and as such this shows that both sides want this to work.

Is PASS an operator? can they takeover the operation of FP from GGP as they have not been helpful to the process of late and more focused on their other opportunities.
