Yeah, I agree that they are worth holding onto, even if they do drop a little in the short term, BUT, I was a little bit surprised by the size of the premium offered on the take over target - 30% seemed a bit step. No wonder their directors recomended it. I hope all that cash in the bank is not going to the boards head!!!!
