    Nil premium merger announced with Whitehaven.

    Looks positive in terms of resources, project pipeline and cash. I am not sure of forecasts, cash flows and future divi's.

    Looks to be a done deal with 74% of Whitehaven shares held by directors who have agreed to accept in the absence of a higher offer

    Any other thoughts?
