    WRK voted 100% in favour of the merger with AGO at today's AGM.

    Merged entity to take full effect before Xmas.

    A great result for both companies, and it's great to see how quickly they will be executing the agreement.... there is no messing around at Atlas!

    This represents another step towards the growth strategy of 12mtpa by 2012 that David Flanagan has laid out.
