I really like the sound of this......

The primary reasons
- CCE are in a better financial situo then VSG
- CCE think the product have massive potential(as do VSG and us)
- CCE have connections in big markets to help spread the product to those markets
- The offer sounds reasonable comparing share prices, we should now also get exposed to CCEs business
- Shareholders and option holders are being treated on an equal level
- No brokers/investors involved getting a free ride with the deal
