I actually suggested SNK or BigMobile on Monday/Tuesday when the details of the Cap Raising was coming through.

In my own opinion, SNK might not be a bad buy. However that assumption was based on their programmatic technologies for buying media or space to advertise on - I can find very little about that part of their business now and on the face of it they look very similar to 4th Screen Advertising.

I note they had a good 3rd Quarter of 2,258,989. Not a bad result. Merging with like businesses is a good idea and should provide better margins, particularly in New Zealand operations.
