I am sure they will get Independant calcs done.

squawk - your calcs are little too simplistic in that they just compare share price over last 5 to 10 days. Also have to take in to account 70/30 split and number of shares on issue etc, as well as many other variables.

Last time I did my own calcs, the ratio was closer to 3 PDY v 1 AGU but will have to wait and see what the Independant valuations show. I wouldnt expect much to have changed although that is not to say i was right in the first place !!

One thing is for sure, the combined entity is worth more than the 2 individual entities and getting the whole thing into one entity will add significant value and significant opportunity.
