Please take note of the Russian majority control take over of Uranium 1 yesterday. Also note what the Russians are saying, particularly Sergei Kiriyenko. His comments say it all.
Now the Russians are in control of UUU, and UUU owns shares in PDN, which is rumoured (but not confirmed) to want to do a deal with EXT.
