agree with comments that a proforma balance sheet for talon would help
also if I was a SEA shareholder I would like to see/know what the post megrer SEA balance sheet might like re cash spent post 1/10/12
i am also coming around to think that this deal might work out all right in the end assuming TXN holders hang onto their soon to be acquired SEA shares and that SEA get on with the driling and achieve drilling success
i had built up a decent holding in TXN with a view to an exit by 31/12/12 but seems know an exit circa 30/6/13 might be more likely
