Seems to be pretty good acerage and it seems to me that they are picking it up for $300 - $400 an acre. Plenty of upside at that buy price!
30 day IP's in excess of 800boepd close by in the Logan county area where they seem to be concentrating most of their leasing efforts. Drill costs seem to be very reasonable as well.
While I still want a higher offer to appear for our EFS acerage, I am feeling pretty comfortable with the SEA offer as a backstop. It will take longer to realise the value, but I'm confident that they will get us there.
