I hold a little AOK as well. Both Sundance and Austex hold acreage in Northern Oklahoma. Actually Austex could have better acreage than Sundance in Oklahoma. They are working with their neighbor, Range Resources, to drill horizontals. Their results in their first horizontal has proven to be much superior to Sundance's early Mississippian wells.

The downside is that Austex only has about 6,000 acres in Northern Oklahoma. For Austex to soar, they need their Kansas acreage to be proven. Apache is drilling in northwestern Kansas near some AOK land and has gathered over 600K acres. They are obviously serious about their premise that the Mississippian extends much further than previously thought. If they are successful, AOK's bigger land position in Kansas could be a difference maker for AOK.
