AOK's Kay County acreage (5,500 net acres) is better quality than SEA's Alfalfa County acreage (~3,500 net acres), however SEA's crown jewel is their Logan County acreage (over 20,000 net acres and growing rapidly), which is looking like it could be one of the best, if not best area in the play.
Their Logan County acreage has experienced absolute sweet spot results to date (from Devon and Osage). Infact SEA's geologist said all 10 of the wells drilled in the area (where results are known), are exceeding SEA's type curve. That's a remarkable feat considering the well publicized variability of most Mississippian areas.
Logan County also seems to have the one of the best exposures to the Woodford Shale out of the current Mississippi Lime regions in Oklahoma. SEA's Logan County acreage is honestly why I'm so bullish about SEA (alongside the quality of management), because the market doesn't quite yet know how good Logan County is, IMO.
Due to the nature of the merger proposal (with SEA), I'm not sure whether this is regarded as off-topic or not for TXN lol.
