Thanks Bowins, I for one will vote for the deal, can't risk Texon's management any longer with dwindling $ in the bank account, they have had more than enough time to make things happen and have failed since day dot with keeping the share price up, the Talon has valuations around 4c and thats what confidence the punters have in their ability to run the business without capital raising, at least with SEA we get a further ride in the EFS & by the sounds of it the SEA management is much better..
