nursery this is indeed my strategy at this point. By the comparative chart it appears the majority of traders exiting SEA into TXN occured in the first two days post ann of the deal.
Potentially more gains to be had in TXN if a counter offer should arise and if not then you still get your SEA holdings back in a few months plus some bonus Talon shares so why not sell out and get in TXN.
Chartwise 43.5 cents is a key resistance to my eye, if we crack that it's game on !
