I do agree with you regarding the price. In fact SP for both companies seems to be manipulated.
SEA SP from August has jumped from low of 40 cents to the high of 80 cents and Texon done reverse from 59 to 36 cents.
Bearing in mind that TEXON was suppose to inform us regarding the sell in August and they failed to do so. For sure there has been SP manipulations. Insider selling out of Texon and perhaps moving in to SEA. ASIC should investigate this and see the TEXON directors' and family members interests in SEA and their holdings etc. Hence, perhaps the agreed price. Not sure, if TEXON and SEA done an Independent valuation of these EFS to justify their agreed prices.
