Always the optimist, Now I'm wondering if we may get a higher bid from someone else?
The opening bid is $14,500 per Acre or less than $13,000 an acre after the drop in SEA today!

If TXN can clean up their structure and the current wells are good then we still have time for another offer. The break fee is only $1Mill. And board support is conditional on no better bid.
