I'm out of this one. Unfortunately caught up in the orchestrated pump and dump.
Most sites based in Victoria. If an equity swap I expect the acquirer (if listed) to be very cautious of overpaying. Could be dumped. But either way the insiders have made a lot of money on this based on IPO forecasts which were amazingly so wrong within such a short time. No wonder there are not many IPOS around.
Pump and dump. Could bounce up a bit but be very careful of the pump and dump team behind the scenes.
