I have never heard of a merger / takover with such massive earnings per share dilution.

OXR was on track for 55 cents in calendar 09 and 61 cents calendar 2010.

At the current share price about 4.89 times earnings. Unbelievable !!!!!

We would be at least $4.50 possible $5 leter in the year when PH started shipments.
