So let me get this straight. You are going to vote no, the deal will go through without your support, then you will receive a 100% premium on the share price? If you don't support the deal, why should you be entitled to receive a 100% premium? I hope you sell your WUC shares then just after receiving them because WUC does not deserve to have such short sighted and non supportive shareholders. WUC is a clean, positive company going places. WUC does not deserve negative shareholders that are bitter and twisted over BLR.
What legacy issue are you holding onto? The belief that someone will outbid WUC ? It won't happen. A higher bid price? It won't happen and in fact, WUC has bid too high of a premium. A uranium unicorn to magically appear to wash away your displeasure? Why don't you sell and move on instead? The deal is going to be successful.
