thanks ...both companies look petty good. STR bought the old Pracom business which was turning around and has built on that by acquisition and growth, goes ex div in a week.

TCI looks equally good, gone ex div and as part of the merger TCI shareholders will get entitlements to founders shares at $0.87, not sure what basis yet,but probably 1:10 or 2:10...not bad margin though and good yield at these prices.
