    The king is dead! Long live the King!

    But before we get too far ahead of ourselves we still need approval of MXX shareholders for the merger to go ahead. Based on a few posts here it looks certain that some retail shareholders will be vote against the merger. That said I think the MXX vote less of a hurdle as most of the shares are in the hands of only a few holders.
