From memory and so don't quote me :)...but I seem to recall that the top 20 shareholders held around 87% of the shares, so assuming my memory is about right, it is a foregone conclusion in my opinion. I understand that if there is a sticking point it is with the retail shareholders in UK from the AIM listings (also ex SRB) that may lag in accepting.
