I agree that it is bad for TLS because TPG is more efficient, smart, innovative and competitive under Teoh. However, TPG now have to deal with Vodafone who are probably a dysfunctional mess under the hood.
I don't think TLS holders have much to worry about in the next few years. The ACCC really helped TLS out.
