Maybe. I haven't been with them long enough to comment. But the underlying service is provided by nbn and the service installation itself was 30 minutes including a bit of a chat.
They're really only providing a modem plugged into my nbn connection (and an associated billing service) so how much can go wrong.......
I have some respect for Telstra engineering so I wont criticise there but as far as billing and customer support goes let's just say that's an experience I don't think I'll miss.
