    Both Vodafone and TPG have a very poor customer service - they will need to invest heavily to bring it up to an acceptable level.

    When TPG spent $1.26B on spectrum with another $600M planned capex on a mobile network TLS shares dropped like a rock. Three years later the same fear rattled markets despite TPG not being able to move forward on their mobile network.

    Vodafone’s mobile network is at best problematic and their performance as a business is reflected in their dismal sp.
