    Hmm 'clash of cultures' ,ability to take advantage of synergies plenty of major issues.
    Even suggesting teoh takes control of merged group,i guess u mean as ceo.?because my understanding is tpg has only 49%.
    But i'll throw this little pearl of wisdom in (lol at least imo).I don't believe the fat lady has sung yet.
    Surely ,as posted origin would be watching this development with their entry into re selling nbn.They have a threatening customer base to tls and could provide the merged group with some stability and massive competitive advantages ie selling competitive gas,electricity,nbn and mobile.
    My guess hucthinson or vodafone would b happy to sell to origin giving origin the balance of power and imo only origin would support teoh over who ever is left ie hucthinson or vodafone.
    Damn,r u sure u don't need a telco ceo.
    Tls is a great co ,but so was the roman empire.
