Yea, i expect Teoh will end up as CEO, maybe retaining his role as chairman.
After they merge, they could do a capital raising, at good prices, before reality sets in, which gets them over one hurdle.
I do think its a good idea to be in both energy and data, but it would be very brave for a third party to move in on TPM+VHA.
With TPM's Singapore rollout, it would be good to see that end up with superloop somehow, they have a footprint there, could be complementary. Actually superloop probably own more international capacity than TPM+VHA, which isnt much, which is another problem for them long term.
