merger is here?

Looks like we should see merger ann. as early as Monday. AGU is is now 2cents, backdated to 8/5/2012, where 1 trade for 203,790 @ 2cents is shown as the last trade. As for consolidation, I don't expect that to happen until S.P. is in the 1.6/1.7 cent range, then we should see an I.P.O. @ 20cents, (based on a 10/1 consolidation).
Things are finally starting to happen !!!!!!!
Merger should see a SP of .57cents if all shares and options come into play (4,000,000,000) or a SP of .689cents based just on combined AGU @ 3/1 plus PDY for a total of 3,304,433,649 shares with a MC of $22.8 mill. When PDY shares were 1cent, they always had to pull back to .7cents to make the merger viable.
Once merger is finalised then we should see a push to just under the 2cent mark.
Finally I'm actually looking forward to next weeks trading.
