Had a look at the investor presentation and it appears like it’s a good deal all round.
What I like about the deal is that with CH4 gas sales and AOE upcoming gas sales the merged entity will have good cash flows for development.
CH4 also has good technical experience.
Be interesting to see how the market views this deal.
