Merger - my thoughts, page-11

Had a quick look at their (Evoworld) notices to the ASX. Nearly all of their stock was purchased at 3.5cents, there was an odd parcel at 2.8 and 3.2 cents but not much at all.

They have 19.99% or 110 million shares so to sell out at $0.031 could put them out of pocket by up to $440,000. It is not massive in the scheme of things but enough to make them think twice. Maybe $0.031 could not be sustained if that many shares came onto the market plus the likelihood of others selling might see the price drop even further - who knows.

Anyway tomorrow we shall see what happens.
