No lose situation for Evoworld I would have thought.
They could get more NEN shares cheap and effective control at less than cash backing, and then break up and split the proceeds.
Or, they have 10% of an enlarged merged vehicle that should see the share price rally nice over their entry price.
If their partial bid gets knocked back, I doubt they will be sellers in the short term.
