PLT just went into PRE_NR & then TRADING_HALT status ... it looks like they're about to release details of the proposed merger.
The ASX release (that's just come in before I pressed the 'post message' button reads as follows: >>>> The securities of Polartechnics Limited (the "Company") will be placed in pre-open at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in pre-open until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 21 April 2009 or when the announcement is released to the market. <<<<
(it sounds like we're going to have 1 month of silence from the Z'ster!)
