merger of convenience

they are using AVO funds to develop their 6 moz turkey project sucking funds out of avo without the need to raise more money from traditional lenders, AVO has just become a cash cow for other developments at no premium for existing shareholders if the the share price drops again tomorrow I am out after making a killing cut and run I think if trades and prices dont improve tomorrow, if this was a good deal the the share price should have immediately shot up another 9%, more thoughts on this would be appreciated disgruntled investor.
