    a Merger of KDR KBL seems inevitable now as they chase the Same Resource in adjacent Grounds..with limited funds .

    a Merger Proposal will help Both Coy attract investor interest
    then a TH and a CR to extinguish Debt ..to Start fresh production

    or
    roll over the old Notes into New Notes for the Merged Group ..to help Finance new Production increases from the Merged Grounds in Cobar NSW .
