Why have NFK merged the Haden and ODG brands today without informing the ASX first???

Haden is the dog in the room and should have been sold off long ago IMO.

Looks like the cost cutting is getting very very real for this company.

With the management churn at something like 50% at the moment this board needs to have a good look at what it is doing to some of Australia's oldest and most respected brands..., that's righ, the MD sits on the board of one of the biggest shareholders (Maui Group)... how silly of me to forget that he can't go unless he basically sacks himself!
