Just reflecting on things whilst quiet.

1. What is the voting percentage needed to have GGP pass this merger agreement, 51% or 75%?

2. What is the percentage for PASS to pass this merger agreement, I am sure its greater than 51%?

Basically the same question twice but I expect there will be different requirements for each.

Not that I think PASS will vote it down, as I am sure this has been sounded out with the few shareholders they have.

3. Predictions for a meeting date, I suspect prior to end of financial year?
