Hi FER holders...what a bloody debacle this stock has turned out...

    Hi FER holders...what a bloody debacle this stock has turned out to be.

    Anyway, could someone please explain the following to me -

    I received a letter explaining how to accept the 3:2 PLT share offer.

    If I don't do anything (i.e. I don't agree with the merger), but the majority of other shareholders do and it goes ahead, then what happens with my FER shares? Do they automatically become the new shares based on majority?
