Seda - your shares will only be compulsorily acquired by PLT if they get acceptances from 90% of FER shareholders. It is not a 50% or 75% majority - it is 90%.
And it is PLT shares that you will get whether you accept the offer or are compulsorily acquired.
PLT plans to change its name to Novus at a later date.
