It's a bit shitty that the deal wont complete till Q2-22. I would prefer they fast tracked it and got it over with and once BHP holders sell, at-least stronger hands can come onboard and then the SP can rise.
Again, decent move long term so happy to vote Yes but it will be a crappy 6-12 months for the SP.
