    Seems there are some rumours going around that UOADB might merge with Focal Aims Holdings Bhd to create a RM45 billion property conglomerate.

    UOADB's statement that they are not aware of any on-going negotiations seems a bit wishy-washy to me. If there's nothing behind it, why use terms "unaware" and "on-going"? Why not just say that the Company is not discussing a merger?
