No votes are in yet although approx 25% have given it the nod in pre-bid acceptance (Fotios,Galaxy and a few funds).
Offer starts 28th June and runs for a month - plus a bunch of extensions, if required.
There is no vote on the GXY side, only GMM.

It needs a "YES" vote although when the 80/90% is reached the rest will be acquired automatically.

GMM voters receive their shares
"on or before the earlier of:
(a) 1 month after you have validly accepted the Takeover Offer or the contract resulting from its acceptance becomes unconditional (whichever is later); and
(b) 21 days after the end of the Offer Period, provided that the Takeover Offer has become unconditional."

There may be a brief trading halt when the tally reaches the required percentage to announce the successful merger.

Management + Funds + Pro-Merge Retail Holders = Easy 80%

I haven't received my forms yet either.
