I think the trouble is with Co Investor now being at 90% of stock on issue, they are not capable of buying any on market to move the stock higher, so will have to rely on the punters to take it to the next level.....
today's action suggests the incoming companies are not valued by the punter as highly as valued by the independent financial wizards who have put the 20 odd million price tag on them.....
so who will step up and get this to the price Co Investor want to see.....and of course the other 10% holders......
to get more liquidity, the capital raise will be done, but at what price and to whom, and at the same time Co Investor will probably try to unload some of their stock to fresh hands in the hope they will be willing to increase their stake on market.....
If it all falls into place, I think all current holders will do well, however......it all has to happen as planned.....
