    WGR bid for AAG to complete 4 April. Coincidence? I think not. Cash first then WGR all the way. Explains WGR's recent SP performance and why AAG SP and WGR share price are currently being tightly controlled!

    AAG, MLX and WGR announce transactions in the same week, and their all in the same office.
