Look - don't get me wrong I think PCL's strategy to 'do an HDR' is absolutely brilliant. Nothing else would have done much to the SP in recent times. They would have been stuck at 2-3c.
And to those who are holding PCL with the likelyhood of Kenya being another Mauratania - certainly worth a punt.
If WPL drill Kenya - would might be 2005 - punters will jump on PCL further in case it comes in - ala HDR and Ching.
Look - don't get me wrong I think PCL's strategy to 'do an HDR'...
