    I'm not sure if this is good news or not.

    Petrel has ex-MPO execs with shale gas experience in North America.

    My only concern is what STO and TRUenergy's intentions are with their combine 23.06% stake. Also OXX holds under 8%.

    So unless STO comes in and kills the deal with a takeover.
